| You can use this parameter to set the length of time after a failed |
| attempt to create a connection to the license server after which a |
| new attempt is made. |
| Since the message server (which creates the connection to the |
| license server) only checks every 20 seconds whether the connection |
| is to be created again, you can only specify the interval with an |
| exactness of 20 seconds. |
