Thanks for the info. Do you mean the 2749 IOP? We would have to upgrade to
4.5 hardware for this...
Sorry, I forgot to mention: Yes, my example below are mixed objects (many
small, a few big, IFS, DLO).

The 6501 IOP or 6534 are major limiting factors on your E-11 performance.
With the newer IOP you should get from 60 - 70 GB/ hour. Now this will vary
depending on
- How the tapes were initialized
- The size of the objects being backed up
(many small take longer then few large)
