4.6C:SQL913 on D020L after maintenance?

Hi Jim,

unfortunately this is a not so fine problem at the moment. The easiest way
for you to get through these problems, would be to kill one after another WP
beginning from the top. So, you can kill the first WP that shows LCKW with
option(*immed) and then after it is ended and the problem still persists
take the next one and so on. After 2-30 killing of the job you probably will
succeed.
I know that this is not a good solution, but at the moment it is the only
one I can tell you.

The problem occurs, because 1 WP regenerates a dynpro-load and then another
WP regenerates another dynpro-load. Then the first wants to read the new
dynpro-load of the second WP and the second WP wants to read the new
dynpro-load of the first WP. As the isolation-level are set very high, this
is not possible until a coimmit of the other process. As the
commit-boundaries in SAP are made due to application needs and not for
basic-needs (e.g. after a report or dynpro creation) this can always happen
after a maintance (Theoretically it can happen ever, but this would be very
unlikely, because a very rarely used dynpro won't be used twice at the same
time.)
