Report to runafter Hotpackages are applied

Hi,

you can use transaction SGEN to regenerate all existing loads.
Just uncheck "restrict generation to selected components" and
select "regenerate all existing loads". On the next screen you
can set time intervals at which the regeneration should not be
executed (regeneration is cpu-excessive!).

The transaction will create a background job that compiles all
the loads for you.

If you maintain report-authorities with the ABAP RSCSAUTH you
should also keep in mind that you have to run it after every
installation of support packages or upgrades.

P.S.:
If transaction SGEN doesn't exist in your system, you can search
the OSS for keyword ZRSGESUB. That is the name of a report that
does nearly the same as SGEN. If you have SGEN you should prefer
it, because it's much more reliable.

Kind regards,

Hi All,
We are running SAP 45B on OS400 V4R3. After I applied hotpacks on my test
system there is a lot of compiling going on when users try to test. Is there
a report I can run to complete the compiles before
I turn the system to users?
Thanks for your help in advance.
