Ariel,
Here is my cryptic documentation for creating a directory you can view from
within AL11:
Given:
R/3 system = VGR
Instance = 20
AS/400 server = phoenix
directory = /SAP400
1. Log on to phoenix as VGROFR and create directory:
mkdir SAP400
2. In VGR client call transaction AL11:
click on Konfigurieren
3. From Define directory screen:
Verzeichnisnamen eingeben: /SAP400
Alias-Namen fur das Verzeichnis eingeben: DIR_SAP400
Servernamen eingeben: phoenix_VGR_20
4. save
I haven't done this for a long time, but we have several directories out
there created with this method.

Hello all,
Transaction AL11 showes SAP Directories.
Because some of the object in tjis screen is in German, i do not understand
it.
How can i add a new Directory or at least change the Directory in a
existing
entry ?
