DP90 very slow after OS400 upgrade

Hi,
After we upgraded OS400 from V4R3 to V4R5 the transaction DP90 is very
slow about 20 times slower than before the upgrade. The SQL trace
indicates that it is using the primary index of table COEP instead
of the index COEP-1.
Has anybody expereinced a similar situation. I appreceiate your
comments and suggestions on this subject.
