I believe many of the archiving solutions for SAP have this capability:
Commonstore (from IBM)
IXOS
Documentum
Mobius
Filenet
Opentext...
are just a few that I can think of. When you get into this, you are
probably looking at a solution that requires an enterprise document
management approach as opposed to an emphasis on just SAP archiving.

We have a requirement where we would like to be able to attach jpg's to a
maintenance work order, and make them accessible to other users. How does
one do this, if it is possible?
