V4R4 to V5R1, new machine, release 4.0B

Robert,

We have done this wiht no problem also - but there are a few pitfalls
to be aware of -

If you are planning in restoring *allusr data this includes QGPL and
Qusrsys. If these libraries are restored they will become backlevel.

You can omit them from the restore procedure with no problem but
there is tcp/ip and other configuration data stored there also. Host
table, routes etc will have to be configured on the 830. Userid
message queues are also stored in qusrsys, they will be recreated
once a user signs on. We also stored all of our outqs in qusrsys.

I would look at the backup recovery guide for V5R1. The way to avoid
most of these issues is to upgrade your S40 to V5R1.
