START_CALL_SICK problem

Hi All

I have successfully installed 46C SR2 with 46D Kernel patch level 543
shipped together with the installation kit.

Apparently, every time after starting up the system, I have
experience this SICK error and my initial logon screen is always
blank.

I remember this was discussed sometime ago but can't remember
exactly what was the remedy.

Any quick advise ?
