I teach the BC360 for SAP (UK ) from time to time, and have been involved inteaching a BC370 on a customer site - but I'm not an AS/400 export -
someone else did that bit....!
About 80% of the TCC courses is "standard", with only about 1.5 days being
platform specific, so if you know AS/400 already, then a BC360 or one of the
other TCC's (Technical Core Competences) would probably do. Ask your SAP
Training contact to provide you with a copy of the BC370 handouts, so you
can at least see what you have missed out on. Since the alternative is not
doing a TCC, I don't see what other choice you have.
Or if you have the KW (Knowledge Warehouse) installed with the optional TC
(Training Content) then you can download the BC370 materials yourself.
The BC370 has only run once in the UK, due to the low demand. I understand
IBM may also teach this course at some of their centres - they certainly do
for the OS/390 courses.

I am trying to attend SAP course BC370 (Technical Core Competence - AS/400).
Unfortunately it was cancelled last week due to a lack of participants.
It's been scheduled again for the week of November 26th but since nobody
registered yet I am afraid they'll cancel it again. I am seriously
considering attending BC360 instead even though it's not AS/400 oriented.
Does anyone know a BC370 instructor name/email so I could contact her/him to
figure out if attending BC360 will give me the info I need?
Any better suggestions?
