Hi Gerd,

when you are having such a phanomen, then most likely all API-calls from the
R3 via QXDAEDRSQL will fail at the moment.
I suspect that the job QXDAEDRSQL is active and opn status SELW.

Then you should have a look to the note 47712.
When non of the causes is your problem, you should open an OSS ticket and we
will have a look and add the new cause+solution to this note.
