Error in API QWCRSSTS, error code 0
Gerd,stopping R3RMTDB does not invoke your running system. You can do it while
R3-System is up. Perhaps the sequence of restarting
the system after save 21 is not right? I think the job requires TCP.
I had the symptom two times and both times I could "repair" it with restart of
R3RMTDB.
