Error in API QWCRSSTS, error code 0
Hi Volker,I have both R3RMTDB and QXDAEDRSQL jobs running and the later is in
SELW. I checked note 47712 and all values in the notes exist or are
defined the way they should be.
Also, after we bring down the system every night for a SAVE 21 both jobs
should be ended and restarted with the system start.
I also executed ST04 and get another API error
Error in API GETDBJOBS, error code 7 (saying the external call failed).

Hi Gerd,
when you are having such a phanomen, then most likely all API-calls from
the R3 via QXDAEDRSQL will fail at the moment.
I suspect that the job QXDAEDRSQL is active and opn status SELW.
Then you should have a look to the note 47712.
When non of the causes is your problem, you should open an OSS ticket
and we will have a look and add the new cause+solution to this note.
