TPPARAM cannot be read
Hi group,I have the following problem:
I have a DEV and QA SID on a 730 (40B, kernel 802, V4R5M) and a PRO
SID on an 820 (same SAP and OS levels). The global transport dir is
on PRO. A link exists on the 730 points
to /QFileSvr.400/820hostname/sapmnt/trans.
I was able to setup TMS on all 3 systems (PRO being the domain
controller). I have generated the RFC destinations on each system
from TMS.
Everything works just fine between DEV and PRO (and vice versa).
However, my QA system does not like the above link.
Going into STMS on the QA system and doing a check tp interface give
shows me the correct transport directory, TPPARAM path
(/usr/sap/trans/bin/TPPARAM) but on the TPPARAM file I get an error:
TPPARAM cannot be read.
TPPARAM table is owned by my PROOFR with authorized users R3GROUP
*RWX *ALL
My QA system is a copy of the production system that got renamed to
QA. Actually, I had done an QA install but had restored the
production library, then adjusted the QA environment.
Any ideas where I have missed something?
