SQL error 901 with table D345T

Hi all

We have just upgraded to SAP rel. 4.6 C SR1.

We suddently get a SQL 901 error when accessing table D345T. This
table is for instance accessed with transaction VA32 and VA03 and
then it dumps.

We are on kernel 46D and patch level 804.

Do any have a clue of what can be wrong???
