Locked OSS id
Rick,Before tcode BIBO was created for OSS (User Administration), we had to send
OSS messages for all OSS user ID maintenance functions. My guess is that
you must send a message to have a user ID unlocked.
Additionally, I would guess that OSS has their value for
login/failed_user_auto_unlock set to 1. This means that users that are
locked due to incorrect logons are automatically unlocked the next day
(occurs at midnight, system time). In about 6 hours, OSS clocks turn to
tomorrow. You might want to try again afterwards.

I have a user who had not logged on to OSS in a while and tried the wrong
password so many times that he is now locked. I can change the password but
I cannot unlock the user (no authority to SU01 at OSS). Anyone know how to
unlock a locked OSS id?
