Hi all,

Has any one ever faced this problem? When entering the key in the sap
license program (in AS/400 mode) I get the following message:

*** SAPLICENSE (Release 46D) ERROR ***
ERROR: Creation of index for license table failed
DETAILS: DbSlExecute failed with return code 99
Erreur système SQL. Job=726159/T01OFR/PCINF5A
Press ENTER to end terminal session.

I also tried the SLIC transaction and it's not working as well.

My OS version is V5R1M0 and the Kernel is 4.6D (829)
