ST03 reorg parameters

I'm looking in ST03, Goto -> Paramters -> Performance Database and I cannot seem
to remember what
these settings actually mean!? I need to set it up to record all transactions
up to a month, and
currently I can only go back exactly 2 weeks. Can anyone point me in the right
direction here?
