Auditing field value modifications
Franco:Before you turn on table logging, you should try where to use button on the
table. It shows you a list of programs, function modules accessing the
table. Investigate the list first. Table logging should be the last thing to
do.

Hi all,
my name is Franco Tassone, I'm SAP/R3 basis module administrator in my
company here in Italy (Emsar Spa): we are running R/3 v.:4.0B on an iSeries
830, OS V4R5.
Now we are encountering an odd problem, some (Z?) programs are varying the
value of the field QMAT-AKTIV. We would like to setup an auditing function
in order to discover which program is accessing the above mentioned field.
Do you think I should setup the AIS functionality ?
