SAP Solution Manager
Hello gang.I just receiveved in the mail a package from SAP that contains
materials detailing their new SAP Solution Manager software. Has
anyone implemented this yet? Looking over the white papers and the
web site (service.sap.com/solutionmanager) causes me to have more
questions than answers at the moment.
Also, are there more detailed steps somewhere concerning the 2
options we will now have for Remote Support using (SNC) or (VPN) only?
And what about OSS and users who are not running Workplace 2.11, SAP
46C or SAP Web application server 6.10? If OSS will not be available
January 2002, how are they going to get support?
Any help/documentation/success/failure stories would be wonderful.
