Hi!We too have received a letter (Did you get more?)
and had a look at the web page for SAPSM (Solution Manager)
and the documents contained in it.
At first glance SAPSM looks to me like an add on you install
into your R3 instance(s) like the NoteAssistant
(BTW: Who does not have it at the moment - GO AND GET IT!)
and integrates all the services...
As the letter talks about replacing good old OSS
with the SAPSM we too are very concerned what they want
to force us to...
We also received an invitation for a "virtual classroom"
of two hours for members of the Austrian Government CCC.
Hopefully this afternoon we will know more and will be
less concerned... I will report and hopefully be able to post
material not contained in the SAPSM pages.
BTW: We had a very strange encounter with the Marketplace
Kernel page yesterday: Most of the files have a "new date"
which is obviously incorrect.
And an old bug in the german kernel info page I reported
first 14 months ago is still unresolved... B...sh..!
