Hi Ariel,as you already read in the note, this only applies to 31.i and 4.0b. It is
complete free because you should read that there is official another
procedure as of 4.5b.
But if you would like to do it similar to described in the note, you should
have a look at:

(This describes the enhancements, you should be aware of if using 4.6x
instead of 3.1i. 4.6C is ok as well.)
