Porting from from AS/400 to AS/400

Hi Andi,
first of all you have to install SAP 4.6B onto the new 840.
Look at 4.6B Installation CD's (I used CD51019129), there you will find
*.R3S. Use DBR3CP.R3S for installing target-SID and instance like the
source-SID, but as one step in the installation process restore your
R3<SID>data either from tape or from savf.
Otherwise (restore on the target machine) some symbolic links are not
properly installed.

Hi All,

we are trying to port a 4.6B (4.6D Kernel) from a 720 to a new 840.

we are following the instructions for a Homogenous System Copy, and
we are trying to get the *.R3S files to begin the system build.

they are not on the Kernel CD (or at least we cannot find them) we
are using CD51014168..

anyone know where I can get the template files :
CENTRDB.R3S
CENTRAL.R3S
DATABASE.R3S
DIALOG.R3S
GATEWAY.R3S
DBR3CP.R3S
DBEXPORT.R3S

from????
