Hi Volker,this sounds really interesting as the internal clock of the AS/400
is not very acurate by nature. I'm looking forward to our OS/400-
Upgrade to V5R1 to be able to use this new feature (our NetWare-
Servers are using NTP for several years now).
But even if the system-time is updated automatically, I think it's
quite important to observe begin and end of daylight-saving-times.
This means to stop (at least) the R/3-instances before time is
changed (just to preserve systems from getting confused by the change).

you can configure this from a greeen-screen as well:
CHGNTPA RMTSYS('<Your NTP-Server>') AUTOSTART(*YES) POLLITV(720)
MINADJ(100) MAXADJ(30) ACTLOG(*POLL)
