running ABAP program from OS command
Use the command STRREPORT.
Check to make sure your command works. When we received the 4.5B version of
this command, the program name (which was expanded in 4.5B from 4.0B) wasn't
supported. When we passed a program name, the data being sent to R/3 was
skewed, causing the execution to fail. SAP OSS patched the command for us.

So my CL will have line like this :
CALL MYLIB/Z_MY_ABAP_PGR
