Background Spool Requests Routed to Users

Hi, Blake.

I'm not sure this is the solution, but I know that when you are creating a
background job, there is a button for "print specifications" when creating
the step. On the print specifications screen, you specify which printer the
spool goes to and there is also a field where you can enter the recipient
(under cover page). You enter a user-id in this field and I think this
creates the spool under the recipients spool list.

We currently run our scheduled background jobs with a batchjob
userid. This batchjob userid has more security than the users, this
way we can run the reports/programs without security issues. When
setting up the background job we use this "batchjob" user in
the "User" field of the step definition. Unfortunatly all spool
requests created go out under this user. Wintin one job stream we
have multiple steps creating reports which we want to be created
under different users spool requests, then the user can go to SP01
or "Own Spool Requests" to view them. Is there anyway to control what
user the spool requests get created under? Or do most users create
the batch steps with the associated user who gets the report?
