Any major problems with the 6.1 SAPGUI?
Hello Russ.Myself and one of our ABAP'ers are currently using the 6.10 GUI, patch level
16, with no problems. It actually seems to be a little faster than the 46D,
compile 4 GUI.
If you are creating any GUI packages on your server, the look of SAPADMIN
has changed a little from 46D but works the same, just a little easier to
move around in.
You may want to take a look at OSS NOTES 410189 & 437480 EBCDIC backend DB
with ASCII GUI desktop.
Doreen Anderson from the list had problems with her environment and is not
implementing the 610 GUI until support pack 27.

We are in the initial phase of upgrading from 45B to 46C SR2. We are
about to start rolling out a new SAPGUI to support the 46C
environment. We would like to use the 6.10 GUI. Has anyone been
using this GUI and have you encountered any problems with it?
