Memory/buffer problem

Hi Volker,

We followed your suggestions and rebounced the PRD instance this morning. So
far everything is working well!

It took us only 10 minutes to rebounce the SAP instance with 63 work
processes, delete the SQL package, and apply the new kernel patch. The trick
is that QSECOFR deletes the SQL package from a backup kernel library when
PRDOFR is applying the kernel patch.
