maintenance to the databases DB2/400
Hello,
SAP is not planning to stop the support for DB2/400 as database
platform for mySAP.com solutions. As a matter of fact IBM and SAP
have recently spent tremendous effort to extend language capabilities
and connectivity by introducing the GLS (ASCII) version of mySAP.com
on iSeries.
I assume this 2 years is not related to iSeries, but to the
maintenance strategies of SAP R/3 3.1, 4.0, 4.5 and SAP BW 2.x,
currently limited until august 2003.
