All PBT resources are currently busy
Hey Bill.I am not familiar with transaction VL10B but it sounds like you may be
looking at the wrong work processes. If the job is suppose to run in the
background 'clicks background', shouldn't the jobs execute in the BDC
sessions and not the DIA session? Like I said, we do not use the VL10B
tcode so if may not execute in the background.

Hi, all. We are running into an issue with transaction VL10B.
Basically, when a user runs VL10B, selects a purchase order and
clicks background, they get the message "All PBT resources are
currently busy". This seems to happen the most when we have a high
number (400 or so) sessions on the system. We have played with
creating a server group for this process in RZ12, and it has had a
positive impact, but we still run into the problem during our peak
hours. We have 40 dialog work processes running, and 16 of them have
0% cpu utilization, so I am assuming that we have 16 available at
all times. Any help or past experience that anyone has had with this
would be very helpful!
