missing new activity group from SU01

A policy needed for the method of assigning activity group through the user
tag. If some of your users are assigned manually through su01, assign user
in PFCG user tag will erase the activity group from the profiles of the
users not appear in the activity group tag. So, assign activity group
through su01 or through PFCG should be decided from day 1.

Hi, Amber.

In transaction PFCG there is a button where you can assign users to the
activity group. This effectively inserts the relative entries into the
respective user masters. This is the better way to do it, since some
activity groups may generate more than one authorization PROFILE and it's
the PROFILE that gets entered into the user master (same as in SU01).

Hi all,

I am having a problem assigning users with new activity groups in
SU01. First I created a new activity group in PFCG. Then I went into
SU01 and tried to assign the new activity group to the user from the
activity group tab. However, it gave me an error saying the activity
group does not exist. Please help. Thanks.
