can't start saposcol
Hi Mick,try the following: (we are currently writing a note about this IBM problem
with V5R1)
a) Rename the QUSRSYS/QPFRCOLDTA *USRSPC to something else (like XPFRCOLDTA)
b) Call QSYS/QYPSCOLDTA which will create the *USRSPC
c) Retry to start SAPOSCOLL
If everythign works fine, you can delete the renamed *USRSPC

Hi All
Apparently everytime when I restart the R/3 the SAPOSCOL
did not managed to startup successfully.
The error message shown in different log as follow
In the startsap.log
waiting for child process to be terminated, saposcol
terminated due to signal -1.
when I restart it manually, I get a error prompt on the
frontend as SAPOSCOL not running, shared memory not available
any clue as to how fix this error ??
we are running V5R1, SAP 4.6C SR2 and kernel patch 922.
