Hi Andre,this is definetely NOT normal at all!
Why do you need to delete the SQL packs ?
Why do you have to regenerate teh ABAP Loads ?
What is the cause of the problem, or better, what are the FIRST symptoms in
SM21, ST22 and the dev-traces and joblopgs ? Because in your case I gues,
you are having a problem, that screws up the complete system and afterwards
you'll receive thousands of different "crazy errors" up to the point of your
recovery.
What is you PTF level (CUM + DB-FixPack) ?
What is your kernel patch ?
I think, you should open an OSS ticket on this.

Hello all!
I had a problem this morning which already ocurred some times in the
past. Suddendly many short dumps are charged in the list (ST22) and
in SM50 workprocesses fall in error and then restart again.
When I see in AS/400 with WRKACTJOB, these workprocesses fall in *END
status and then restart.
Some examples of short dump messages:
LIST_NO_PAGETAB
RUNT_ILLEGAL_SWITCH
DSTEP_NO_MODULE
SYSTEM_CORE_DUMPED
TABLE_INVALID_INDEX
TSV_ILLEGAL_REFERENCE
OBJMGR_INTERNAL_ERROR
RUNT_ILLEGAL_SWITCH
STORAGE_FREE_FAILED
SAPSQL_CLOSE_RSQL_STACK_ERROR
SYSTEM_RUDI_INVALID
CALL_FUNCTION_OPEN_ERROR
CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND
SYSTEM_CORE_DUMPED
When this problem occurs, I must stoping R/3 system, delete ALL SQL
packages and restart it again. After this, I need to regenerate
programs with SGEN, but this causes performance down.
Anyone knows whether is normal this behaviour of the system and if
there is another way to solve and avoid this problem???
At time, I'm running R/3 46C, the iSeries is a 8-way 730, runs V4R5
and has 4 GB of RAM.
Beforehand, I'm grateful for all help that you give me!
