Hi Jay,

except the security there would be one other reason to put it into ASP3. It
would be slightly faster, because the disk-arms only need to stay and wriote
at one position. But, I think, that this is only a minor issue and shouldn't
be necessary in your case.

Hi SAP on System i,

We plan to run production instances of BW and SEM in one partition. Is it
recommended to have a separate journal receiver ASP for each SAP instance,
that is system ASP, ASP2 (BW) and ASP3 (SEM) or is it enough that BW and SEM
would share one ASP for journalling?
