SP01 Time is incorrect
Had the same issue here but the difference was +5 hrs in the future whenwe set Qutcoffset at -05:00 under 4.0b. Opened note on Monday with OSS.
Below is response from OSS
" I have run the ABAP RSDBTIME in your system and there are no
inconsistencies there. Please go ahead with the resetting of the UTC."
SAP must be down. When you change this.

did you play with QUTCOFFSET this weekend. Check RZ20 and look at the
time there are they also off by 1hr.

Hello Fellow Saplings:
All of a sudden, in all instances, the reporting time is incorrect in
SP01. Everything at least from the actual time of 13:00 or higher,
is in SP01 as 14:00 or higher; it's one hour ahead. The time on the
physical report is correct though....I'm puzzled??? Any ideas on why
and how to fix???
