How to change i-Series system serial number?
The sysval QSRLNBR is a read-only sysval and cannot be changed!This was only possible in the 'old' days of AS/400 (I think until
Version 2 of OS/400). Because a lot of companies used to link there
licenses to the serial number of the AS/400 and former S/36 it was
changed to read-only.
