Slow response times

I too have poor response times accessing sapnet using our ISP (ATT). We
have a underutilized T1 for our bandwidth. It does not matter
behind/in-front of the firewall, it's just slow. I do occasionally do get
timeouts, but usually takes 8 to 20 sec per page load.
