AS4fixFile authority
Try to fix the authorities first: Run the command FIXR3OWNS as user QSECOFR,this will correct wrong authorities that can appear when you refresh the
database.
After correcting the authorities you should be able to run the command
AS4FIXFILE as <Sid>OFR.
