Antwort: R3 didn´t start after install PTF


Hi Helmut,

don't know if its the same problem as we had. In our case it was PTF
SI06797 wich caused the problem that R/3 don't start. At this time, about 5
week ago, we opend a PMR at IBM.
But know, after IBM tested this, we installed it together with the CUM
tape C2344520 an evry thing runs well.
As I know the signel PTF's listed in the APAR are to installed as on top.
Because they are not included in the CUM package.

Hi group,

We have OS/400 release V5R2M0. I have installed the latest APAR#
13337 from 01/21/2003 without CUM package C2344520. After the
installation we deleted all R3 sql-packages and RCLSTG was executed.
The R3 system start the WP´s and finished immediately. The WP
brought following log in //usr/sap/E00/DVEBMGS00/work/dev_w0:

Can anybody help to solve my problem. Thanks for support.
