Solution Manager & WEB WAS
The current configuration I *believe* (someone please correct me if I amwrong) for the WAS and SM is:
SM 2.1 & WAS 6.10
SM 2.2 & WAS 6.20
We are in the process of making plans to install SM 2.2 and WAS 6.20 on a
Windows 2000 SQL server.
I am not sure about the ASCII or Unicode versions. We are using ASCII.

Subject: Solution Manager & WEB WAS
Hi.
We are going to install Sap Solution Manager and SAP WEB Application
Server for the first time. We will do that on our separate Iseries
running OS400 R5.2, which are not running SAP R/3.
Our R/3 version is 4.06C ASCII version running OS400 R5.2.
Have somebody any recommandation for following:
1. Should we start directly with Sap Solution Manager 2.2?
2. Should we start directly with SAP WEB Application Server 6.20?
3. Should we use ASCII or Unicode version of SAP WEB Application Server.
Later this year we are planning to run the Unicode version for our R/3
system.
