Migration question
Anyone of you experienced in migrating from iSeries to DB2 UDB on Win2000?Trying to do this during the weekend and doing some prep I bump into
something uncertain in the docu.
The heterogeneous copy manual for 4.0B (dated July 1999) tells me on page
4-9 to choose target database and there is no proper option for what I need
(DB2 UDB on Win2000) but the text SUGGESTS that all databases running on
Windows use the same template file and therefor I probably have to choose
the option MSS-Serv (MS-SQL) for this????
Hoping that 1 of you knows from experience that choosing MS-SQL is indeed
okay for any target DB under Windows!
