Also, where do I find the
Gateway host and Gateway service info needed to set up the Gateway
portion
of the RFC destination in SM59. I thought my Gateway host was
s105drcm.yorktwn.com and the service was sapgw01, but when I test the
connection, I receive the error: Program SXC1 not registered, etc...

1. On the SXC side:
a. gateway host: if your SAPsystem runs on just one server, that server
_is_ the gateway host;
b. gateway service: if your SAPsystem runs on just one server and it
consists of just one instance, the gateway service depends on the 'SAP
system number'; for example, if the 'SAP system number' is 01, the
gateway service is 3301.
c. program ID: a matter of convention between both parties; for example,
SXC1.
2. On the SAP side, in txn SM59:
It is an RFC-destination of type T (TCP/IP), activation type
'registration'.
It must have a program ID - the same program ID as above.
You can save the RFC-destination.
You can test the RFC-destination _if_ SXC has been started: when you
start SXC, it registers itself with the SAP gateway.
In a sense, it says 'I'm here and I am available for any requests of
type SXC1' (that's the program ID, again).
