Hi Gerd.We had looked at the authorization but could not see any issues. The
strange thing now is that users that could see the tree yesterday can not
see it now.
We are looking at the Global parameters bit now to see if someone got
somethign they shouldn't have since we are rolling out new roles to
everyone.

Hi Chris,
The first thing that comes to mind is authority (have seen similar
things happen). Do a SU53 on the screen where it's happening to get the
authority information. Also, I assume you are current with the GUI
patches (those have causes similar problems for us in the past).

Hi gang.
We have something strange happening with tcode FB50. For some users and
company codes, the variant tree on the left hand side is all the way to
the left and some users can not get the cross hairs to expand the tree.
The strange thing is that this only happens to some users and not for
others.
Has anyone ever seen this before? We have looked several OSS notes and
opened a message but still no solution.
It's almost like a global parameter but noone but Basis should have
access.
