Can't start system
I'm trying to start a copy of our 2.0C GLS EBP system on our sandbox.I'm gettng a message that (I thought) we used to get when permissions
were wrong. I've done the apyr3krn and fixr3owns but no luck yet. The
message is:

The system is using version 1063-46D ASCII kernel.
Any thoughts?
