Scheduling a job

Hi Des,

the way of sceduling jobs your are searching is not possible with R3
standard.

I have solved such problems with the following workaround:
1. create an SAP event (SM62)
2. create a Job, depending on this event
3. scedule a job on iSeries (WRKJOBSCDE) with the desired period; if
necessary do a little CL-Program wich checks some date; the only
command of your sceduled job on iSeries is SAPEVT with the event-id
created in step 1.

Have fun trying out...

Regards
Andreas
