Is anyone using an output management solut ion (like DAZEL?)
I am not sure what you mean by 'printing issues'.We are a medium size shop with about 50 to 60 printers
defined to SAP and do not have any problems with our printed output.
We use HP jetdirect print servers that our network printers attach to.
One problem that Crosby Sinclair pointed out is that you want to
telnet into that print server and type TIMEOUT:3600
Changing the timeout will resolve a problem where printouts are
duplicated.
