I had the same problem.
Supported formats: All formats except the fllw. Click SAP int. formats.
Device Typ ZPDF1. Note 414325 +171698.

Hello Friends!!!!!
I was losed long time in a Security Project (hating Profile
Generator!!! xxxDDD). But this problem seems solved.
Now I have a little issue, last week I was customizing our AS400 and
R/3 to send e.mails from SapGui. Incredibly it runs all fine, except
one very important point. Our eManager antivirus, removed all files
different that *.doc or *.pdf *.zip *.xls and *.txt.
If it happen only with our internal mail, It will be a little
problem, but some outfitters don't accept too *.htm files.
I try to find functions like SX_OBJECT_CONVERT_ALI_PDF, and change
conversion rules, but I think this function module don't exist.
My quiestion.... It's possible to send ALI objects in PDF or DOC
files???.
