SAP on V5R2

From what I've seen from the lab, most have made the move without
issue. A few had performance problems in January/February, which
have been resolved. Make sure you have the latest PTF levels as
noted in the V5R2 info apar and you should be fine.

It varies depending on your hw, SAP release level and which modules
you are using, but in general, if you are undersized today on memory
(general rule of thumb is 2GB/processor), you risk not having enough
memory to keep up with the throughput the system is trying to
achieve. If you are undersized, performance may suffer. If you are
sized appropriately, there should be no issue. A few customers have
done ok even though they are somewhere under the 2GB/processor
recommendation, but others didn't.
