ASP over flow
Be careful.If you create journal receivers in an user ASP, it's not longer possible to
create libraries in this ASP.
If libraries already exist in this ASP, it's not possible to create journal
receivers in this ASP that have their library in another ASP.

Yeah! I've been waiting for someone to offer this response. If you re-create
the library in ASP 1 and the journal receivers in ASP 2, the library won't have
the overflow bit turned on in the future.

I read some of the responses and you don't need to IPL just to reset the
overflow bit if clearing the offending receivers doesn't reset that
indication. Sometimes, what is still in overflow status is the library
object for the receivers: R3<sid>JRN. At some point in your processing
schedule, when the R/3 System has ended, you can re-create the library.
