STARTSAP results in all failed WPs (DEV sy stem)
Hello Steve,Usually MCH3601 is a programming error and is fixed with a PTF. However, there
are some circumstances where the system catalog thinks that an SQL package
exists at an address, but the SQL package is gone (deleted). You may have to
update the system catalog tables. One way to do this is to perform
a RCLSTG *DBXREF command with the system in a restricted state. This is a wild
guess, but it may be the cause of your problem. Give it a try and let me know
the results.
